Promoting education, creating prospects: abroad with ANSMANN

The 2025 Junior Chamber sponsorship award goes to Julia Wiederroth - she is completing an international stay abroad at the ANSMANN Group.

As ANSMANN AG, we have been actively involved in promoting young talent for many years - with regional roots and an international network. In 2025, we will continue to support the sponsorship award of the Förderkreis der Wirtschaftsjunioren, which enables students from internationally oriented business high schools to gain exciting practical experience.

This year's award winner Julia Wiederroth, a Year 12 student at the commercial school in Bad Mergentheim, will spend three weeks abroad in the UK. There she will gain an insight into the workings of an international company - directly on site.

Working together for strong prospects

The sponsorship prize has been awarded for over 30 years by the Junior Chamber's sponsorship group - supported by the commitment of former members and regional companies. As a long-standing partner, we are delighted to be part of this project and to once again support a young person in gaining experience abroad. The Förderkreis provides a large part of the funding, while we ensure an exciting and practical experience on site.

Personal encounters and high motivation

The selection process took place in Assamstadt on March 27, 2025. Four applicants impressed with their creative and personal presentations - some of them in English. The decision was not easy for the six-member jury, but Julia Wiederroth scored particularly well with her motivation and demeanor.

Intercultural exchange begins on site

Back in February, we had the opportunity to present our company at an information event at the Kaufmännische Schule Mergentheim. It was not only about the content of the work, but also about cultural characteristics - because intercultural competence is a key to the future.

For the specialists of tomorrow

We see projects such as the sponsorship award as an important investment in the future: young people gain an early insight into real working environments, get to know new cultures and grow beyond themselves. For us as an international company, it is precisely this combination of expertise, curiosity and openness that is crucial - today and tomorrow.
