Employee Technical Customer Service / Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • As a member of our technical service team, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints relating to battery packs and chargers
  • You carry out fault analyses independently and are actively involved in repairs
  • It is also important to coordinate and communicate with the customer and to document complaints in SAP  
  • You will also support your colleagues in the further development of the service process  
  • You will also gain insights into our quality assurance

What you bring with you

  • Thanks to your electrical engineering training, you feel comfortable and confident in the world of electronics
  • You are familiar with the essential quality assurance tools (8D, EMPB)
  • You think consistently in terms of processes and enjoy helping to simplify complex workflows  
  • You work on your tasks independently and in a results-oriented manner and never lose sight of the goal, even in dynamic times  
  • You enjoy working together in a team and learning new things along the way
